Management communication

The management communication seminar also teaches executives how to recognise evaluations, attitudes and behavioural perspectives of employees, and influence these positively via management communication.

As a result, topics range from management functions and tasks, management techniques and management communication to the goals of employee communication and warning signals that may arise during a conversation.
