The quality of language courses, business and intercultural training measures is the basis of our successful system. At the beginning of each training session, a personal interview and tailored needs analysis is conducted so that we can adapt to the requirements of our clients. We also assess satisfaction with our services through ongoing evaluation in all areas – for example through surveys and detailed feedback from participants during and following each training course.

Our university graduate native-language trainers, selected by us according to verifiable criteria, attend regular in-house and external courses. To guarantee a consistently high level of training, our trainers also take part in a comprehensive programme of quality control with seminars and course attendances as well as work shadowing. Our teaching materials are designed by our teaching staff in accordance with internationally recognised standards and tailored to your needs, and are provided to all trainers following a comprehensive introduction. Our corporate training courses integrate authentic material from your own organisation.

Since customer expectations are constantly changing, we are continually changing, improving and expanding our portfolio of services, and have our programme assessed by external auditors.
