Subsidies for the continuous professional development of employees

Full payment or subsidisation of CPD measures for low-skilled workers.

Subsidies for the continuous professional development of employees

With the subsidised programme “Continuous professional development of employees”, the Federal Employment Agency is supporting low-skilled employees. The subsidy is intended to help these individuals keep pace with the evolving world of work. For this reason, the employees’ CPD, including language training, is either subsidised or paid in full.

You can submit an application for subsidy at the Federal Employment Agency. You can find more information about this topic on the website of the Federal Employment Agency. We are happy to advise you on submitting a subsidy application for your language course.

As a certified education provider, KERN Training offers special course programmes to support continuous professional development:

  • English for business and commerce
  • German for business and everyday use

Your benefits:

  • Foreign-language proficiency offers you opportunities to advance your career
  • The company benefits from the language skills its employees have acquired
  • The company improves its performance and its market position
  • Customised consultation on employee upskilling for companies
