Overview of the training content:

  • Preparation and organisation
  • Defining parameters – defining needs and requirement
  • Making suggestions and correctly dealing with counter-suggestions
  • Formulating arguments and counter-arguments
  • Standard wording and idiomatic expressions for negotiations

One the one hand, participants learn how to conduct themselves correctly in negotiation situations, and on the other hand they learn the language skills they need. One of the topics discussed is the correct planning and preparation for a negotiation. Here, the participant learns how to collate all the points that are on a daily business report and create an agenda from them.

How do you formulate an invitation in English? How should a covering letter be worded? How do I greet other people appropriately? All these and other questions are answered in the English for Negotiations training course.
