The family-run training provider was awarded the DEUTSCHLAND TEST seal of approval by the magazine FOCUS as part of a study entitled "Gelernt ist gelernt" carried out in cooperation with the Cologne-based analysis and consulting company ServiceValue. The survey identified the best continuing education providers in Germany - including business schools, correspondence colleges, language teaching institutes and e-learning providers.
More than 21,000 customers completed an online survey about the 146 providers in total. The main focus of the survey was assessing customer satisfaction with regards to the products and services offered by the individual providers. The interviewed customers then gave a rating to show satisfaction level with marks between 1 and 6 – from “enthusiastic” to “not satisfied”. From this a mean value was calculated for accurate comparison.
