In this workshop, participants learn, on the one hand how to conduct themselves correctly in negotiation situations, and on the other hand develop the language skills they need. The course includes preparing properly for negotiations, planning meetings and offering explanations.

It also covers prioritising objectives for a negotiation and how to prepare effectively for such meetings: participants learn how to collate all the points for discussion and prepare an agenda. Aligning effectively with your negotiating partner also forms part of the course.

This seminar also teaches participants how to correctly address aspects such as: How should an invitation be worded in English? How should a covering letter be worded? How do I greet other people appropriately? All these and other questions are answered in the English for Negotiations training course.
