Various modules teach participants the terminology, phrases and idiomatic expressions in sales, as well as the basic skills.
Increasing internationalisation and globalisations forces Sales Managers to have a good command of English in their day-to-day working life. They need further develop their skills constantly to ensure purposeful and effective communication in English and so support successful sales.
Various modules first teach participants the terminology, phrases and idiomatic expressions in sales, as well as the basic skills they need to communicate effectively, personally introduce themselves and their company, or spontaneously express the reason for their visit in English.
This seminar also covers how to establish new contacts via customer analysis, e-mail or at trade fairs. Your employees learn how to speak/act confidently and so leave a lasting impression on potential customers. They will practise topics such as how to bundle information or present various options – with the focus on their linguistic abilities.
Building a customer relationship, identifying customer needs and preparing customer-focused presentations also form part of this seminar. Participants learn how to apply logical structures, what visual aids they can use, and how to express feedback and criticism appropriately in English.
Participants also learn the right structure for proposals as well as contractual phrases and standard wording for written proposals. To support efficient (price) negotiations during company visits, participants practise various negotiation styles in English. The seminar also teaches participants how to support customers: they learn the specialist vocabulary they need, together with specific phrases to enable them to respond appropriately in difficult situations, demonstrate understanding and offer further alternatives.
