KERN Training offers terminology-specific German courses on different levels catering to caregivers from abroad.
The care sector is increasingly characterised by a shortage of specialists. As a result, nursing agencies, hospitals and care facilities are recruiting more and more nursing staff from abroad who do not yet possess sufficient German skills when they start work.
Particularly in the nursing sector, adequate German skills are an indispensable quality for day-to-day work on the ward or in a care facility. Subject-specific medical terminology, conducting telephone calls or conversations with colleagues and patients, as well as written records, must be handled appropriately.
KERN AG Training offers foreign nursing staff courses in technical German at different levels, exclusively tailored to the nursing sector and meet the requirements of the nursing profession.
On request, we also offer German classes on-site at the care facility or hospital.
Nursing staff that must prove their language skills by means of certification are also granted to opportunity to complete the German B1-B2 Nursing telc-certificate, specially catered towards workers in the nursing sector. Alternatively, we can provide the general telc-certificate for the level B2.
If so desired, suitable preparatory courses for the telc-certificate can be undertaken which teach the participants everything about the contents of the telc-certificate; from the content to the exam format to exam strategies that ensure success.
