With the TÜV PROFiCert-Certification by Hessen’s Technical Control Board (TÜV), KERN AG Training proves it’s exemplary quality management according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which replaces the earlier certification DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The high quality international standard defines qualitative framework conditions and plays an important role, especially for globally-active companies.
The recertification raises the bar for our responsibility to ensure quality, but at the same allows for a flexible, practical quality management system, which especially benefits customers. An orientation towards the customer's wishes and requirements with regard to product and service quality and the best possible value for money are now - although always part of the quality management of KERN AG Training - independently confirmed.
