Employees of small and medium-sized companies in Hessen are still eligible to receive grants of up to € 500 for language courses at KERN AG IKL until the end of March 2014. As stated by the Ministry of Economics, employees over 45 years of age, part-time employees or those who do not have any recognized vocational training in their current field of work, shall be supported by this promotional programme.
