  • After, please submit a request for individual training in people connect and attach the completed registration form.

  • Once approved – wait for PO number confirmation

    After your request is approved by your Manager and HRBP, the L&T Team will generate a PO number based on your registration form and forward it to KERN on your behalf.

  • Schedule your lessons

    After all administrative steps are completed, a KERN representative (beiersdorf@kerntraining.com) will contact you directly. You will then schedule your lessons with your assigned teacher.
