How to enrol for a Language Course – Employee Guide
- Discuss your language training needs with your Manager and obtain approval from both your Manager and HRBP to proceed.
- Go to the KERN Landing Page
• Complete the Placement Test to determine your current language level.
• Fill in the Self‑registration Form corresponding to your region. - Submit a Request for Individual Training in People Connect and attach the completed registration form.
- Once approved – wait for PO number confirmation
After your request is approved by your Manager and HRBP, the L&T Team will generate a PO number based on your registration form and forward it to KERN on your behalf. - Schedule your lessons
After all administrative steps are completed, a KERN representative (beiersdorf@kerntraining.com) will contact you directly. You will then schedule your lessons with your assigned teacher.
GOALS & ASSESSMENT (OPTIONAL)
- Set your goals (e.g. language, target level).
- etermine your current language level (if not known).
TRAINING OFFER
- Get an overview of the different course formats available.
- Choose the training format which best suits your requirements and schedule.
REGISTRATION & APPROVAL
- Request a training offer.
- The offer will be emailed to you. After this, you would submit Request for Individual Training in People Connect and attach this email.
